Progress requires action. In 2018, the campus created a framework designed to advance the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to its next level of excellence. It became The Next 150, the university’s 2018-2023 strategic plan, and it set the course for the future of Illinois by establishing four goals in the areas of scholarship, education, engagement and stewardship. Here, we document a sample of past successes and stories that illustrate the goals and priorities outlined in the plan.
